For the past few years, we’ve used a custom system for managing subscriptions and billing plans but decided we needed to take our user experience to the next level.
We’ve now integrated Chargify, which is a complete billing solution for SaaS products. With this new integration, we’ll be able to provide our customers with an updated activity page, where they’ll be able to track usage details better than ever before.

All customers will be receiving, or have already received, an email with an invitation to a Billing Portal where you can manage billing data. (See a screenshot below, as well as actions that need to be taken.) In the near future, you will also see that all invoices will be issued by Chargify. We will still use existing Stripe payment profiles on migration to Chargify, so all valid credit cards on file will continue to be used as a default payment method.
Please note: we do not have access to any credit card details, as they’re securely stored by Stripe.
The only action needed is to click on the invitation link to the new billing portal and set up an account there. In case you have an expired credit card, you’ll be asked to provide Chargify with valid card information.
